We have just got round to putting pen to paper now that the honeymooners have returned.. Many of our guests commented specifically on the quality of the caterers, the service and meal were beyond comparison  We found it very helpful that you were willing to meet several times in advance of the day to organise .. and the table layout at the reception added greatly to the atmosphere  , and Many of our guests have asked to pass on compliments. We cannot thank you all enough for making our day one to remember

Dear Derek,
                          
from our first meeting with you, the presentation, and very wide choice of menu's,  the highly professional and organised way you helped us to plan our event,  we were greatly impressed. On the day of our event your Head Waiter took complete charge of the room, using his own initiative and taking a great deal of the pressure from us. All of your staff were kind ,courteous, and caring of our guests at all times. It was a pleasure to be served by them. I cannot single anyone out, as all concerned were equally good.  They all had the knack of combining the personal touch with the professional. We had several children at our event and your staff gave them individual treatment, making them feel very special. Our guest's were also very complementary on the way the food was served to each table almost at the same time! And piping hot into the bargain! The all round verdict was that the dinner menu, and the waiting service, was the best they had ever had at any other function, or restaurant for that matter.

I would like to thank you and all of your staff for providing great food and service. We are still receiving emails to thank us all mentioning the great menu and quality of the food. In particular UZ Events who organise many of the large scale events in Glasgow, The Merchant City Festival to name only one. I was at their opening event this year and I have to say the food was dire..... so make sure you drop in some business cards so I can promote you !!

The food was absolutely delicious and the preparation and presentation very professional, in fact Derek you stole the show and I now have a 'wee petted lip' because I was supposed to be the centre of attention!! Hi Derek
I just wanted to thank you for the lunch you provided for us yesterday.  As you would understand, having worked with the same caterer for many years we were a little apprehensive about having to change to someone we did not know, but you soon dispelled any doubts we might have had.  Your approach was totally professional from the very start when we met to discuss requirements and menus. 
Everyone (it seemed all of the 64 people there) came to me throughout the day to say how much they enjoyed the food, and how much they appreciated the good service and professional way you handled the whole event.  I know lots of people took your card for future reference and you can be assured that whenever we have any catering needs you will be the first person I will call.
